PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is the flagship military program of the PGA of America, designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military personnel. The program aims to enhance participants’ social, emotional, and physical well-being through the game of golf.

Who Can Participate?
PGA HOPE is open to:
- All Veterans and Active Duty Military (all ages, branches, and eras of service)
- All genders and abilities
- Those with no prior golf experience
- Veterans with or without a VA disability rating
- Veterans who have not been deployed or in combat
What to Expect
This introductory program welcomes participants of all skill levels. You’ll learn the fundamentals of golf, including putting, chipping, pitching, short and mid-irons, and drivers, all under the expert guidance of PGA Professionals. These certified professionals are highly trained and experienced in working with individuals of all abilities, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment.
- Equipment Provided: No golf equipment? No problem! Everything you need will be available for use during the program.
- Bring Your Own Gear: If you have golf clubs or any specialty equipment, feel free to bring them with you.
- Cost: PGA HOPE is completely free of charge.
